If pests are found upon our team's arrival, we will be unable to proceed and a cancellation fee may apply. Please ensure your home is completely pest free before your appointment.

Tidy Loose Items
Pick up clothing, toys, pet items, and important paperwork before we arrive. Our team will clean around clutter, but we are unable to move or sort personal belongings. Cleared surfaces allow us to deliver the deepest, most thorough clean possible.
Pet Arrangements
Let us know in advance if pets will be home during your clean. Please arrange for pets to be secured in a specific room, crate, or outdoor area. Our team loves animals, but secured pets help us work safely and efficiently, and protect your furry family members from cleaning products.
Access & Parking
Ensure driveway space or visitor parking is available for our team's vehicle. Provide any lockbox codes, gate codes, building entry instructions, or concierge access details in your booking notes. If a property manager or concierge handles access, please notify them of our expected arrival time.
Secure Your Valuables
Before our team arrives, please put away jewellery, cash, important documents, and other valuables. While our team is fully trusted, this is a standard precaution we recommend for all clients.
Running Water & Power
Please ensure water and electricity are accessible throughout the appointment. These are required for our cleaning equipment and supplies.
Arrival & Punctuality
Our team arrives during your booked time window. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
